Please note we do not offer any refunds or accept returns of personalised or bespoke products (such as prints, artwork or other gift items) unless they are faulty or damaged.

Changed your mind? 

If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, are non-refundable. Please return the item together with your proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.

Damaged item? 

Please always contact us in the first instance! If your item is faulty, damaged or not quite as expected, email, confirm your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos of defects and will advise should they be required).

If you do need to return a product in this instance, we will refund the cost of postage. In order to have postage costs refunded, the parcel must be returned by standard delivery only (Royal Mail Second Class). We advise you to keep the postage receipt until you receive your refund if applicable.
